Work with training plans
The Plan area is the source for running, lifting, and combination plan choices. A plan describes intended work. Completed runs and lifts remain separate records, which lets SoLoFit compare what was planned with what actually happened.
Browse the Plan Library
- Open Plan on the web, or open More and then Plan on Android.
- Search the Plan Library or filter by training type.
- For lifting plans, use equipment and style filters when needed.
- Open a plan to review its structure and required profile choices.
- Adjust the available days, frequency, duration, equipment, or other plan-specific settings.
- Review the generated schedule before activating it.
Choosing a direction during Athlete Setup only prepares the matching editor. It does not activate the plan.
Running and lifting plans
Running plans use a running profile and a versioned active-plan revision. Lifting plans include foundation, bodyweight, equipment-specific, muscle, strength, power, combination, and custom directions.
Combination plans coordinate run and lift days so demanding lower-body work does not automatically compete with a quality run.
Plan changes
Treat a plan change as a proposal about future work. Review what will change before accepting it. Completed workout history remains distinct from the current plan revision.
If life interrupts the schedule, use readiness and Coach context to decide whether to keep, reduce, replace, or move a session. SoLoFit should explain the suggestion and keep the final decision with the athlete.
Limits
- Plan availability can vary by platform, account, rollout, and entitlement.
- Selecting a plan is not evidence that a workout was completed.
- A source implementation, deployment, and installed-device behavior are separate states.
- SoLoFit training plans provide general fitness guidance, not medical clearance.
