Review progress, sleep, and recovery
SoLoFit separates the daily decision from longer-term review. Use Progress to look across completed work and performance trends, and use Sleep to review available sleep history and recovery context.
Progress
The Progress surface brings running metrics and completed training together for review. Depending on the records available, you can compare recent work, inspect run performance, and see how the current plan is being completed.
Progress is based on recorded activity. A planned workout does not become completed work until it is logged or synchronized.
Run review
Synchronized runs can include duration, distance, pace, splits, route, elevation, GPS quality, notes, and effort. Route review keeps raw, cleaned, and road-matched geometry distinct when those records are available.
Route privacy can mask the start and end of a route before display or upload. Review the route before sharing or exporting it.
Sleep
The Sleep surface presents sleep sessions that SoLoFit can access through the signed-in account and supported device connections. Missing nights remain missing rather than being filled with invented values.
Sleep is one input to recovery context. It does not replace your own check-in or medical evaluation.
Keep evidence states separate
- A plan is intended work.
- A local record shows work saved on one device.
- A synchronized record is available to other authorized SoLoFit surfaces.
- A trend is calculated from the records currently available.
If a workout appears on one device but not another, keep the source device online long enough for its sync retry and avoid logging a duplicate. Use the SoLoFit Help Center if the record remains missing.
