Use Today and readiness
Today is the daily decision surface in SoLoFit. It brings the next planned training action, readiness, recent context, and compact nutrition progress into one place so you do not have to interpret every metric before getting started.
What readiness means
Readiness is a current planning signal, not a diagnosis. SoLoFit can combine available health and recovery data with a manual check-in. The manual check-in includes subjective inputs such as energy, soreness, pain, sleep, and time availability.
When Health Connect data is available, SoLoFit keeps the biometric score distinct from the final score adjusted by your manual check-in. A pain signal can conservatively cap the adjusted score.
Complete a daily check-in
- Open Today.
- Review the current readiness summary and the evidence that is available.
- Record the requested subjective check-in values.
- Save the check-in and review the adjusted result.
- Use the next-action guidance to keep, reduce, replace, or postpone the planned work.
The result helps explain the next decision. It does not silently rewrite a training plan.
When data is missing
You can still complete a manual check-in without Health Connect. Missing device data is not treated as a verified healthy value or a reason to invent a score input.
If a planned workout is missing, review Plans. If synchronized health data is missing on Android, review Health Connect.
Safety
Readiness is general wellness guidance. Stop training and seek qualified medical care when symptoms or pain require it. Do not use a readiness score to override urgent symptoms or professional advice.
