Use Nutrition
SoLoFit Nutrition connects food logging, meal planning, fueling, and coaching to the athlete's training context. Every meal, target, photo, grant, and proposal remains athlete-owned. AI output is an editable estimate and does not enter the diary until the athlete confirms it.
Availability
Nutrition capabilities can vary by age group, plan, account, platform build, and rollout. If Nutrition is not visible, the feature is not available on that surface or account yet.
Choose a tracking style
SoLoFit keeps one underlying nutrition record while allowing different presentation styles:
- Meals and habits focuses on food patterns and can hide calorie detail.
- Macro focused emphasizes protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
- Full nutrients includes calories and available micronutrient detail.
You can also choose visible, summary-only, or hidden calorie presentation. Missing nutrient data is not treated as a verified zero.
Log a meal
Supported capture methods can include manual calories and macros, food search, barcode, custom foods, favorites, saved meals, recipes, photos, text, and voice. Availability varies by platform and entitlement.
For any analyzed photo, text, or voice entry:
- Start the capture and include useful details about portions, preparation, oils, sauces, or ingredients.
- Wait for the editable estimate.
- Review the identified foods, amounts, nutrients, confidence, and assumptions.
- Correct the estimate or answer a clarification.
- Select the final confirmation action to add the meal to the diary.
An estimate that is still under review does not count toward the day.
Day status and corrections
A day can be complete, partial, fasting, or not tracking. This prevents an incomplete diary from being interpreted as a complete day.
Confirmed meals keep a nutrient snapshot so later catalog updates do not silently rewrite history. You can revise a serving or delete a meal, while the service preserves the appropriate correction evidence.
Hard restrictions and preferences
Allergies and required exclusions are hard constraints. Likes, dislikes, cuisine choices, eating style, and added-sugar preference are softer planning inputs.
An ingredient match can produce a visible warning, but SoLoFit cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Verify packaging and restaurant information when strict avoidance matters.
Teen experience
Teen athletes can log foods and choose numeric or habit-oriented presentation. SoLoFit does not create adult calorie or macro targets, weight-change goals, body-composition records, supplement records, caffeine records, or adult adaptive nutrition proposals for teen profiles.
See Age access and teen safety for the complete boundary.
Privacy
Meal photos are private by default. Authorized processing removes metadata and creates a smaller analysis image before provider use. A human coach can view a private photo only when the athlete has granted that exact permission.
