Set up your athlete profile
Athlete Setup connects the choices that shape Today, training plans, Nutrition, and Coach. The flow is optional and resumable after you record an eligible age group. It never activates a training or meal plan without a later review.
Before you begin
- Sign in to the SoLoFit web app or Android app.
- Choose either 13 to 17 or 18+. SoLoFit does not currently support people under 13.
- Birthdate is optional, but it must agree with the selected age group if entered.
Complete the setup
- Choose your age group and optionally enter your birthdate.
- Add any useful profile details, such as units, training experience, height, or weight. Teen profiles do not use body details for adult nutrition targets.
- Pick up to four goals.
- Describe the days, session length, and equipment your real week can support.
- Choose running or lifting directions to review later, or leave them unselected.
- Choose a food style, added-sugar preference, tracking style, and nutrition presentation.
- Mark foods you like or dislike.
- Record allergies and required exclusions separately from preferences.
- Review the summary and save.
Only age eligibility is required. You can skip after choosing an eligible age group, and SoLoFit saves the current step and choices without inventing targets.
Resume or run setup again
- Web: open Settings, choose Overview, then select Run onboarding again.
- Android: open More, choose Settings, open Athlete Setup, then select Run athlete setup.
Returning to an unfinished setup resumes the last saved step. Rerunning setup preloads your current choices.
What setup changes
Your setup is saved as athlete-owned preference data and synchronized across signed-in web and Android surfaces. Applicable food and profile choices are also projected into Nutrition.
Choosing a training direction configures the related plan editor. It is not permission to activate a plan. A meal plan also remains a draft until you review and activate it.
Important boundaries
- Hard restrictions are never treated as soft dislikes.
- Ingredient data cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
- Lower added sugar and No added sugar are preferences, not allergy guarantees.
- Teen profiles may track food and view consumed calories or macros when selected, but adult targets, weight-change tools, supplements, and caffeine tracking remain unavailable.
