Use SoLoFit on Wear OS
The SoLoFit Wear OS app is a focused workout companion. It supports standalone watch runs, synchronized phone-run status, configurable Run Tiles, and the separate SoLoFit Watch Face.
Start a standalone watch run
- Open SoLoFit on the watch.
- Wait for Acquiring watch GPS to change after a fresh usable fix.
- Select Start.
- Swipe between the stats, controls, Pace, Distance, GPS, Tiles, and Settings pages as needed.
- Pause or resume from the controls page.
- Select Finish, then confirm it with the second tap.
Moving time and distance do not begin before the usable GPS fix. The local Start action does not depend on the phone.
Phone synchronization
A phone-recorded run can publish live status to the watch. When a current phone snapshot is available, the watch can show the workout state and keep the visible timer moving between updates.
The watch can request a status refresh from the paired phone, but this optional synchronization never blocks a standalone watch start. Stale status is presented as Ready rather than as an active workout.
Run Tiles
SoLoFit provides four configurable Tile slots. They default to Run, Pace, Distance, and GPS. Each slot can cycle between those profiles from the watch.
During a workout, a Tile reports whether the run is active or paused. Opening it returns to the current workout instead of starting another.
SoLoFit Watch Face
The SoLoFit Watch Face is a separate package on newer Wear OS versions. Installing it makes the face available in the system watch-face picker but does not activate it automatically.
Safety and record handling
- Finish and discard require a second confirmation tap.
- The watch stores a completed run locally when delivery is unavailable and can synchronize it later.
- The watch app does not provide Nutrition, onboarding, account management, or Health Connect data entry.
