Connect SoLoFamilyPlan
SoLoFamilyPlan is an optional first-party connection for adults. SoLoFit remains the source for personal workouts and athlete nutrition guidance. SoLoFamilyPlan remains the source for household recipes, dinner schedules, groceries, and the family calendar.
Matching sign-in identity does not connect the apps automatically. Each adult must authorize their own connection.
Connect the apps
- In SoLoFamilyPlan, open Settings and select Connect SoLoFit.
- Review the short handoff explanation, then continue to SoLoFit.
- In SoLoFit, review the exact permissions, workout visibility, shared restrictions, and private-data boundary.
- Select Connect accounts.
- Return to SoLoFamilyPlan and confirm the connected state.
People who use only SoLoFit can ignore the Connected Apps area. Opening that area does not grant access.
Shared workout information
The connection can share a minimized workout projection with stable identity, date, time, duration, modality, safe title, state, and update time. Busy only replaces workout detail with a generic busy item.
Routes, pace, exercise steps, training load, heart rate, readiness, sleep, body data, completion metrics, calorie totals, and medical details are not included.
Dinner guidance and review
SoLoFit can share selected hard restrictions, soft food preferences, and a plain-language fueling emphasis. It does not share numeric nutrition targets, diary entries, photos, or body measurements.
A dinner returned from SoLoFamilyPlan is always a review-required draft. An adult athlete verifies servings and nutrition before adding it to a meal plan, then uses a separate confirmation before it enters the diary. Later household changes do not rewrite accepted historical meals.
The numeric dinner handoff is not available for teen profiles until a teen-safe family workflow is supported.
Disconnect
Disconnect from the SoLoFit Connected Apps settings. Revocation stops new authorized requests. Each app keeps the records it owns according to its own data controls.
